My Daddy died yesterday. Unexpectedly- but not without warning. He had just been over last week to have dinner with me and my kiddos. Yoga is different than any other thing I have ever done.  It requires me to zero in on just the thing I am there to do- nothing else can distract. Kicking and Screaming is one of my all-time fave movies, starring Will Ferrell on a quest to find his own identity apart from the expectations he has always felt from his dad. He has to deal with quite the load of emotions throughout the movie such as jealousy, embarrassment, competition and failure!
